ABAI 2015 Conference Recap

Wednesday, August 19, 2015

The CentralReach team was on the scene at the ABA International 2015 Conference in San Antonio, TX this Memorial Day weekend. Many thanks to those who stopped by to visit our CentralReach team members Chris and Brandon. They had a great time meeting everyone and sharing the exciting updates we have added to the system recently. If you stopped by booth #118 during the conference, then you saw first-hand how our team of developers have taken client feedback to create a system that continually evolves to meet their needs. For those of you who could not make it, here is what you missed.

VB-Mapp launching soon – Our team listens to our users. We’re determined to deliver updates based on feedback that save time and help improve the quality of your work. Thanks to some collaborative efforts, we will be offering the complete electronic version of Dr. Mark Sundberg’s VB-Mapp to the CentralReach community. ABAI conference attendees who stopped by our booth got the exciting VB-Mapp news, as well as news on other features such as:

  • Session data tracking – Trial, duration, task analysis and more;
  • Automated graphing by date or session;
  • Customizable report templates that can be linked to timesheets;
  • Audit readiness tools that generate notes with one click!

Day planner schedule view – Clients gave us input on scheduling solutions they wanted to see incorporated into our practice management system and we listened. Now, in addition to having the ability to locate clients and providers according to languages spoken, zip code, and specialty, our clients can quickly see a day’s worth of appointment for multiple staff. This update is especially useful for schedulers because it allows them to drag and drop to create appointments and convert schedules in bulk as well.

Those are just a few of the features we reviewed with clients and potential clients at the ABAI 2015 Conference. And the innovation continues. Our developers are working on launching a completely new Facesheet in our contacts module to give clients a more diagnostic view of patient information.
