The bi-annual awards program which recognizes the best digital health resources in the country honors CentralReach and their customer, Beyond Autism Services.
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., November, 20, 2024 - CentralReach, the leading provider of Autism and IDD Care software for ABA, multidisciplinary, and special education, was selected as a Silver Award winner in the Fall 2024 Digital Health Awards® program for its case study with Beyond Autism Services titled “RBT Empowerment Drives Organizational Growth.” This was the third year in a row that CentralReach was honored with a Digital Health Award after receiving an award in the Spring 2024 Digital Health Awards for its Autism and IDD Care Market Report.
The award recognizes the article by CentralReach and Beyond Autism Services (BAS) on how BAS is using technology to empower Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in the field. Given high rates of burnout and turnover in the industry, BAS places a unique emphasis on training, developing, and engaging their RBTs. With a deep understanding of how training practices can impact staff success, they have developed enriched onboarding, training, continued education, and career development avenues that empower RBTs with the knowledge, skills, and support they need to thrive. The case study highlighted how BAS’s investment in staff training and career development utilizing CR Institute has enabled them to experience:
- Increased Staff Retention: Beyond Autism Services has an impressive RBT retention rate of 97.15%, compared to the industry-wide average of 64%.
- Increased Client Retention: Committed to providing high-quality care, Beyond Autism Services has an 85% client retention rate that exceeds the industry average of approximately 60-70%.
- And Impressive Growth: Beyond Autism Services has grown exponentially, seeing a 1,293% uptick in in-clinic service hours.
“Beyond Autism Services’ leadership team has clearly cultivated a culture of support at their organization,” said Clark Convery, Chief Operating Officer of CentralReach.
“They are committed to providing robust onboarding, training, career development, and mentorship programs to their staff – demonstrating their commitment to not only providing high-quality care to individuals with autism and related intellectual and developmental disabilities but also to those who serve them. We at CentralReach are very proud to work alongside exceptional organizations like Beyond Autism Services and watch them inspire and support change in their community through evidence-based teaching methods and practices.”
