Support Policy

How to Get Software Support:
  1. CentralReach Help –  Visit our self guided Help Section to access hundreds of instructional articles, tutorial videos, and frequently asked user questions.
  2. Report a Problem from within your Account for all Technical Issues.  A ticket will immediately be created which you can track the status of through your CentralReach tasks and messages.
  3. Contact Sales or call (800) 939-5414 to subscribe to SaaS Extended or Concierge to receive regular ongoing trainings from a dedicated Customer Success Manager.
Hours of Operation: Monday – Thursday, 9am-8pm (EST), excluding national holidays, and Friday 9 am – 6pm (EST).  Inquiries made on Saturday or Sunday will be responded to by the close of business 8 pm (EST) on the coming Monday. Scheduled Maintenance: Scheduled updates and site maintenance may occur between 7pm – 7am (Eastern Time), during weekdays, weekends and holidays.  Maintenance may also occur with a 24 hour notice.
