Sara Gershfeld Litvak Chief Executive Officer of Behavioral Health Center of Excellence, where she developed and oversees the first ABA-specific accrediting body for the past 6 years. She founded BHCOE after serving as a consultant for numerous payers, state and governmental organizations designing quality assurance processes to ensure that ABA organizations provide clinically sound services. Sara’s perspective on Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion issues have been published in ethics textbooks and cited as best practice when creating equitable organizations. She has published articles and book chapters on a variety of other topics including ethics, quality assurance, outcome measurement, value-based care, and the use of technology in behavior analysis.
