Ashley Schweitzer, M.S., BCBA, is a Team Lead for District Success at CentralReach, leveraging her expertise in applied behavior analysis (ABA) and special education technology to support organizations through system adoption and training. Before joining CentralReach, she worked as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and spent several years as a special education teacher, including a role with the NYC Department of Education’s District 75, where she taught visual and performing arts to students with autism and intellectual disabilities.
Ashley holds a Master of Science in Special Education from The Johns Hopkins University, with graduate certificates in Autism and Severe Disabilities, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Elementary and Special Education from Towson University. With a career spanning roles in clinical leadership and special education, including teaching positions with the NYC Department of Education and Baltimore County Public Schools, Ashley is dedicated to equipping educators and organizations with evidence-based tools and strategies to support individuals with diverse needs.
