NJBIZ recognizes CentralReach as a Best Places to Work for the sixth consecutive year, and ranked #3 among large companies, showcasing the company’s dedication to a thriving workplace culture

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., September 27, 2024 – CentralReach, the leader in Autism and IDD Care software for ABA, multidisciplinary, and special education, has been ranked 3rd among large-sized companies in the 2024 NJBIZ Best Places to Work list. This is CentralReach's sixth year in a row being named a top place to work in the state by NJBIZ, demonstrating the company’s dedication to creating and advocating for a supportive and inclusive workplace environment.

New Jersey’s Best Places to Work list acknowledges top employers within the state based on factors including professional growth, workplace culture, employee satisfaction, and strength of leadership, determining winners through confidential employee survey responses. CentralReach has continuously been recognized for promoting flexibility and inclusivity for employees, implementing a remote-first hybrid policy and a neuro-inclusive workplace environment. The complete ranking was announced during the Best Places to Work award ceremony at the Event Center at iPlay America on September 26th.

"When I joined CentralReach six years ago, I had the privilege of becoming the first employee at our New Jersey location," said Chris Sullens, CEO of CentralReach. "Being recognized with this award for six consecutive years is incredibly meaningful to me, not just as employee number one, but also as an incredible reflection of the New Jersey employees that power the leading Autism and IDD care software in the market. I want to thank NJBIZ for this tremendous honor, and we look forward to continuing to be an NJBIZ best places to work in the years to come."

In addition to being a six-time NJBIZ Best Places to Work honoree, CentralReach has also been recognized as both an Inc. Best Workplace and an Inc. 5000 company. CentralReach’s work culture and employee benefits were also recognized by Built In, naming the company one of the top 100 Best Places to Work at the beginning of 2024.
