Olivia Teal, MSW, BCBA, LBA, is a board-certified behavior analyst with a background in both Social Work and Applied Behavior Analysis. Before joining the CentralReach team, Olivia held a range of client-facing and leadership roles serving individuals with autism and their families. Her experience includes starting in the field as a direct care provider, then moving to overseeing ABA services as a BCBA in school, clinic, home, and community settings, leading behavior support teams as a director, and supervising trainees and early career clinicians. She later supported behavior analysts and caregivers during the prior authorization process as a clinical reviewer on the managed care side.

In her current role as an ABA Content Developer with CentralReach Institute, Olivia develops courses for pre-certification, professional development, and continuing education, and serves as a subject matter expert for other course reviews and AI initiatives. She is especially passionate about helping clinicians feel confident and supported in their work through in-depth clinical discussions, encouraging collaboration across disciplines, and offering practical guidance on navigating payor systems.

Outside of work, Olivia enjoys remodeling and decorating her home, getting in a good workout at OrangeTheory, trying to keep her houseplants alive, and traveling with her husband.
