Olivia Teal, MSW, BCBA, LBA, is the Manager, ABA Content Strategy & Development for CR Institute at CentralReach. She is a board-certified behavior analyst with a multidisciplinary background in Social Work and Applied Behavior Analysis. Before joining the CentralReach team, Olivia held a range of client-facing and leadership roles serving individuals with autism and their families in school, clinic, home, and community settings. She later supported behavior analysts and caregivers during the prior authorization process as a clinical reviewer on the managed care side.

Olivia is passionate about helping clinicians feel confident and supported in their day-to-day practice. Her work on the CR Institute team focuses on developing educational content that sparks meaningful clinical discussions around emerging topics and best practices in the field, encourages collaboration across disciplines, and offers practical insight into navigating payor systems. Outside of work, Olivia enjoys spending time with friends and family, getting in a good workout at OrangeTheory, trying to keep her houseplants alive, and traveling with her husband.
