Kelly received her M.Ed. in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arcadia University and has been working in the field of ABA since 2002, with 8+ years as a BCBA and Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) in PA. Kelly supports the integration of artificial intelligence tools to enhance clinical competency offerings and innovate behavioral health technologies. Kelly's background spans clinical work, consultation, and staff training across various settings, including large urban school districts. In her current role, she collaborates with teams to develop AI-powered solutions to improve clinical outcomes. Kelly is a mother of two girls and an active community volunteer in the Philadelphia area.
