Chelsea Smith, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA-TX is the Director of Clinical Training and Development at Behavioral Innovations. She started her career as a Special Education Teacher in both intermediate and high school settings before transitioning to being a BCBA in early intervention clinical settings. From her time as a teacher to her role now, her desire to see learner growth and progress has been consistent—whether that be the client or staff she is working with. Chelsea lives in the Dallas-Ft. Worth Metroplex with her husband of and they enjoy spending time with family and friends, going to concerts or musicals, and traveling whenever possible!
