Celeste Budzyn

Celeste is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Customer Success Lead for CentralReach. Celeste began her career in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis in 2005 at John G. Shedd Aquarium in Chicago. Her focus was on caring for the marine mammals and using behavior principle to teach the animals to participate in their own healthcare. Her love for behavior analysis brought her to working with kids with autism in 2011. She grew from a Behavior Technician to BT Training Manager and BCBA. She got her master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University. Her passions in the ABA field include staff training, innovating client outcomes measures, incorporating mindfulness skills into daily activities for staff and clients and helping organizations find ways to optimize and standardize procedures. Her specialties include treatment planning for ages 2-13 years; decreasing challenging behavior; increasing social, communication and developmental skills; conducting a variety of assessments to pinpoint what skills to focus on a client; parent training; staff training and organizational behavior management. When not working Celeste enjoys hiking, gardening and spending as much time with her husband, 2 daughters, dog, and cats.
