As Senior Vice President of Outcomes-Based Care at CentralReach, Ling facilitates collaboration between payors and providers to align reimbursement with outcomes. By leveraging data, analytics, and AI capabilities to bring transparency and accountability in autism care, CentralReach is enabling value-based care models that are both clinically effective and financially sustainable.

Prior to joining CentralReach, Ling was the founder and CEO of SpectrumAi, a digital health startup acquired by CentralReach, where she focused on improving access to high-quality autism care. Earlier in her career, she served as Chief Commercial Officer at Buoy Health and SVP of Strategic Solutions at Amwell, where she accelerated revenue growth and expanded market adoption of healthcare technology by the largest health systems and health plans in the country. Ling also spent over a decade in leadership roles at UnitedHealthcare/Optum, beginning her career as a senior consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton and a research nurse at Massachusetts General Hospital.

Ling holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Nuclear Engineering with a minor in Biomedical Engineering from MIT. She proudly served in the US Army as a nurse. Inspired by her experience raising boys on the autism spectrum, she is dedicated to ensuring all families have access to high-quality care.
