Sarah brings more than 20 years of experience building and scaling people functions at various high-growth  companies in multiple industries. Most recently, she served as Chief People Officer at 3Play Media, where she led talent acquisition, HR operations, employee experience, and talent development while championing an AI-enabled workforce. Before that, she held senior HR leadership roles at Brightcove and Global Partners, and spent over a decade at John Hancock in various roles in Learning and Development, Organizational Effectiveness, and Sales Enablement.

Throughout her career, Sarah has partnered closely with executive teams and boards to align talent strategy with business growth. She's known for pairing a human-centered approach with modern, data-driven people practices, exactly the combination we need as we continue to grow.

At CentralReach, Sarah will focus on scaling our people function to match our growth, building out a dedicated HR business partner model, and continuing to strengthen our leadership training and performance management programs. She's also genuinely energized about partnering with teams across the organization to help us embrace AI in ways that expand what's possible in every function to give our people better tools and new capabilities.
