Elizabeth Jordan, MA, BCBA, LSSGB, is a behavior analyst and clinical strategist dedicated to improving the clinician experience so providers can focus on what truly matters—delivering high-quality care. Since becoming a BCBA in 2015, she has worked across school, home, and clinic settings, helping children with autism build meaningful skills while optimizing the systems that support them.
As a Clinical AI Solutions Architect at Central Reach, Elizabeth applies her expertise in clinical training, quality assurance, and process improvement to develop AI-driven tools that enhance service delivery in behavioral healthcare. She has led large-scale initiatives in accreditation, clinician training, and operational efficiency, always prioritizing both provider well-being and client outcomes.
Beyond her work in clinical strategy and AI integration, Elizabeth has mentored future behavior analysts as an adjunct professor, emphasizing best practices and ethical decision-making.
When she’s not working, she’s in her backyard tending to her ever-growing urban farm, tackling DIY projects, or spending time with her husband and their lively household—including four sassy chickens, two rambunctious dogs, and a curious bearded dragon.
