Allison Frazier

Allison brings over 15 years of experience in behavior analysis, spanning therapy for all ages, providing school consultation, conducting parent/teacher training, and doing clinical supervision.
She previously directed Cleveland Clinic's Autism Center outreach program and later served as a special education school administrator at Julie Billiart Schools, founding a nationally recognized camp program for children and teens with behavior and learning differences. She founded a multidisciplinary behavioral health agency (Frazier Behavioral Health) that provided services across homes, schools, and communities before co-founding AI.Measures, an online platform for mental health assessment. She now serves as the Sr. Product Manager of Assessments at CentralReach.
Allison contributes to the community as the vice president on the board of trustees at the Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities and as a trustee for the Northeast Region at the Ohio Association of County Boards.
