Fort Lauderdale, FL – June 21, 2022 – CentralReach, the leading provider of Autism and IDD Care software, has been named one of the best Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training provider programs in America by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) in its “RBT Examination Pass Rates for 40-Hour Training Providers” list for 2021. The list ranks the first-time exam pass rates for RBT applicants.
More than 85.5 percent of RBT applicants enrolled in CentralReach’s RBT training provider program achieved a first-time pass rate, which surpassed two legacy training providers in the space.
“It is tremendously rewarding to see the exceptionally high first-time pass rate for RBTs who used our RBT training provider program to help them prepare for the BACB exam,” said Shannon Hill, Ph.D., BCBA-D, LBA, Editor-in-Chief of CentralReach Institute, the education and research arm of CentralReach. “Our 40-hour RBT course was designed with three goals in mind: to provide the required content as outlined by the BACB; to give technicians-in-training a broad view of applied behavior analysis and its fundamental underlying principles; and to keep the course taker actively engaged. In short, we want to use the science of behavior analysis to teach behavior analysis.”
CentralReach’s 40 hour RBT course is offered through the CR Institute, which allows organizations to quickly and easily get their staff access to the training and monitor their progress and assessment outcomes as they go through the entire course.
The BACB list was compiled from data provided by more than 48,000 RBT applicants who took the RBT exam for the first time in 2021.
