Dr. Frazier is the Chief Clinical Officer of CentralReach, leading the company in the development of innovative clinical support products to facilitate behavioral intervention, special education, and developmental disability services. He is a licensed clinical psychologist who received his Ph.D. from Case Western Reserve University in 2004, with prior positions at Cleveland Clinic and Autism Speaks. He is currently the National Board Chair at Autism Speaks, Professor of Psychology at John Carroll University, and a Research Professor in Pediatrics and Psychiatry at SUNY-Upstate.

Over the last two decades, Dr. Frazier has maintained active clinical research programs focused on developing new assessment tools, including those that support evaluation and treatment of autism and related conditions. He has published more than 200 scientific papers and his recent work has focused on developing tools relevant to outpatient mental health settings and behavioral intervention practices.
