SVP of Client Operations
Chris Plante is Senior Vice President of Client Operations at CentralReach, responsible for the end-to-end client experience from onboarding and implementation through client success. His customer-first approach plays a critical role in driving the company's strong year-over-year retention rate of 97%. Prior to his role in Client Operations, he was Vice President of Business Solutions at CentralReach overseeing the company's business development initiatives and sales organization with a focus on customer integration and growth of provider networks.
Plante's experience extends beyond sales and business development strategies into the Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) field when he was Director of Operations at Butterfly Effects, an ABA therapy service provider. In this role, Plante was responsible for the company's day-to-day operations including home ABA, speech, OT, tutoring and psychological services. Chris holds an MBA degree from SUNY Polytechnic Institute.
