Monday, September 23, 2019

Pompano Beach, Florida – September 23, 2019 – CentralReach, the leading provider of end-to-end electronic health record (EHR) technology, practice management and clinical solutions that enable more than 80,000 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) clinicians to produce superior outcomes for people with autism and behavioral disorders, announced today that Chief Executive Officer, Chris Sullens, has been named the winner of the Gold Stevie® Award for People-Focused CEO of the Year in the Fourth Annual Stevie Awards for Great Employers.

With over 600 nominations from organizations of all sizes, the Stevie Awards for Great Employers recognize the world’s best employers and human resources professionals, teams, achievements and HR-related products and suppliers who help to create and drive great places to work. Sullens was selected as the Gold winner at a gala ceremony on Friday, September 20th at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York.

Since joining CentralReach in 2018, Sullens refocused the company’s efforts around four core pillars: hiring and developing mission-driven people, evolving its products through speedy innovation, transforming clients and employees into raving fans, and continuously investing in the company’s systems, processes and structure. Through these pillars, he has cultivated a culture of collaboration, innovation and customer-centricity that has led to both triple-digit financial growth as well as a surge in positive employee growth with over 100 new hires, 30+ internal transfers and promotions and a reduction in churn by 67%.

“I’m incredibly humbled to win this award,” said CentralReach CEO, Chris Sullens. “Culture is a priority for me at CentralReach because businesses don’t thrive on the expertise of a few but rather they succeed on the collaboration of the many. As CEO, it is my responsibility to ensure our team believes in our mission, feels good about the people they work with and the environment they work in and knows that they will be able to grow their career over the long term at CentralReach. We’ve assembled an absolutely amazing team of talented and passionate people who make CentralReach a great place to work and I want to thank them for their passion and commitment to our goals and to each other as we continue to realize our mission of helping our customers produce superior outcomes for people with autism.”

This is not the first time CentralReach and Sullens have been recognized for their efforts as a great employer. Most recently, the company won NJBIZ Best Places to Work Award (#8), Most Innovative Company of the Year Award (American Business Awards), and Best in Biz Company of the Year. Further, Sullens maintains a 100% Glassdoor approval rating and is also a former winner of the People-Focused CEO of the Year from his time spent at WorkWave back in 2017.

“In the fourth edition of the Stevie Awards for Great Employers, the judges were impressed by the Stevie winners who dedicate each day to making the lives of their employees and teams better, through training, software, programs, and more. We are pleased to celebrate them in 2019 and look forward to what they will accomplish in 2020,” said Michael Gallagher, founder and executive chairman of the Stevie Awards.
