Part of the Custom Success Department, this Senior Customer Success Coach is responsible for coordinating the product implementation and ongoing utilization of our billing, claims, and payment products. This position will collaborate with Sales and IT to successfully implement CentralReach’s suite of products through testing, training, and consulting activities.
What You Will Do:
Conduct implementation training via web based applications.
Increase product utilization.
Provide excellent ongoing customer service.
Actively pursue strong customer relationships. Become a trusted partner to your customer.
Participate in software (EDI) testing and QA for system upgrades.
Maintain a working knowledge of advancing technologies.
Freely exchange new ideas and suggestions for improvement in the product.
Travel as necessary for customer support (up to 25%)
What We Need:
2+ Revenue Cycle Management experience
2+ Health care experience
Health care experience in EDI within the following areas strongly preferred: EDI Standards: X.12, EDI Transactions such as: 837/835, and EDI Versions
Experience working and negotiating with external clients and vendors.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong presentation and training skills
